Sitting is killing you

This video is great video and it explains how important is to move at least a little, and I hope most of the people know that but there is one more problem out there: Sedentary life style.

It isn't widely known yet but sitting on it's own is a great problem, and it is still a problem and threat to your health and well being even if you go to your gym, dance class, run a 5 km after 8 hours of sitting!

So: get up as often as you can, go and talk to your colleagues instead of emailing if possible, take stairs instead of elevator where possible and encourage your friends and family to do the same!
