Something is much better than nothing

I couldn't get myself out to the gym on Friday, so this is what I did:

1.Went (cycled) to the shop,

2.Forgot money, cycled home 

Next step:

1. Squat jumps 30 seconds

2. Mountain climbers 30 seconds

3. Abs (twist+crunch) to catch my breath 30 seconds

4 rounds and I didn't feel that (still a little bit) guilty about skipping the gym.
