Sore muscles after workout

It doesn't mean that everything went wrong and you need to sit on sofa for next week and pity yourself!

If you just started to be active after a while, it could happen for first few workouts, also you are more likely to be sore if you changed your program recently, so just be prepared!

What you can do next day:
  1. Stretch
  2. Light workout
  3. Light cardio
  4. Drink water
  5. Hot shower
  6. Massage
